liked the first album a lot back then.
Any thoughts about this band?
-
Second and third LPs were actually much better than the first. Live shows were always super fun and enjoyable too.
-
didnt like the second to much. Third was cool too (kinda liked that weird metal song). Agreed on the fun liveshow.

I saw that they just played in SF a few weeks ago. I had no idea they were still around. Always great live.
-
I gotta nothing. I just figured Im all pop punk today so I might as well throw down hard.
-
they sucked
-
this band was a t-shirt before they were an actual band.

Never got past their dumb ass name. Nothing wrong with stupit names- Personal and the Pizzas is pretty stupit and yet genius at the same time. Chixdiggit/Lag Wagon/88 Fingers Louie....why do I know these names?

i saw this band played in like 1998 or something. they suck so bad. they were signed to sub pop a long time ago but then the old owner split i think, then apparently the new people with sub pop who had to deal with them hated them and let them know it. there is some interview with chixdiggit where they talk about this debacle then speculate that sub pop must not like "rock" anymore.
i forget who the hell they were touring with, maybe the muffs or something. they are up there with jeff ott for worst band

First Chixdiggit album is AMAZING, THE most underrated pop punk record of it's time.
Rest of their records are OK, wish I liked 'em all as much as the first one..................... .

Saw them last year. SUCKED HARD
-
I saw them when I was in highschool on like a Tuesday night in front of a handful of people. Liked them ever since. I think the 1st LP is CLASSIC and highly underrated. The 2nd and 3rd LPs have their moments (Sikome Beach especially). Saw them again years later to a packed Horseshoe tavern and it was pretty fun. I'd probably go if they played Toronto again. Actually, this thread is making me hope that happens.

i thought their 1st album was great! i also saw 'em live a couple of times and thought they were great! I guess, all in all, they were great....
