the speakers (jensen) on top are the monitors. this table is in a different room than the one the band is set up in. everything is being recorded into that shitty old computer (128MB ram, 500MHz processor) sitting there. in front of it is a partially gutted early 90s radio shack PA amp to power the speakers.

this is my 24 channel sound tech board. on top of it is my digitech multi effects processor. for lead guitar i plugged the digitech straight into the board. bass was direct to the board with no effects. vocals i also ran through the digitech into the board. the board is on the opposite side of the room from the computer, pictured above.

its a true story, let me simplify it for you. this chick is a total fucking whore, she goes out to the bar and has too many drinks, hits on dudes all night long. a couple guys take her home and tag team her, maybe a little rough but nothing too bad. just enough to leave some marks. so the next morning she wakes up all sore, and her boyfriend asks "what happened last night?" rather than admit that she got what she was asking for all night long, she tells him she was raped. against her pleas to let it go, the boyfriend calls the cops and reports a rape. at this point she probably figured she was in too deep, and maybe she did regret what happened, who knows? so they take her to the hospital and find evidence of aggressive sex and go question the two guys, who say it was consensual. they even provide female witnesses who are the girls friends and say she was telling them all night long how she wanted to get with these guys, but in court they do not let them testify. long story short, it was NOT real rape and the guy is still sitting in prison for 13 years.

How many drinks did she have to muster up the courage to let two strangers take her home? Also, the fact that she wasn't a virgin discredits the symbolic and parabolic virtue of your band's title. Stick to the Garlics and write a song about the allium sativum -- that way people with minimal reading comprehension (me) can appreciate the literary overtones of your work as a whole.
