Only 1 please. I've got a lot but the album I've listened to the most in the last 13 years is definitely Blood, Guts, and Pussy by the almighty motherfucking Dwarves, so that gets my pick.

Crucifucks - s/t
-
Doc Dart works at a BP gas station in Lansing, MI. No shit. I used to go hound him for stories when I would visit my sister. Kevin, if you dig the Crucifucks go through my old columns. There's an mp3 up of a band called Simon Simone who were pretty much obsessed w/ the 'Fucks.
-
I've always wanted to meet him. I've been obsessed with that album forever. I think it's one of the smartest, most fucked records to ever come out of punk rock.
-
The first thing I thought of was the 1st Damned album, but then I thought if the Pagans' "Shit Street" counts, I'll go with that one.
-
Real Kids s/t LP
-
I'll say the first punk album I ever bought--BLACK FLAG "Everything Went Black". Can't really say it's ever gotten any better than that.

Count me as vote number three for "Samoa". You can't fuck with perfection.
-
The Wolverine LP, duh.
-
I'm glad to see some people are with me on the first Damned LP. My favorite record ever. Samoans is definitely in the Top 5 too.
-
Dead Boys - "Young Loud And Snotty" LP.
-
do comps count? kbd 2, side 2 is a perfect album side
-
Eternally Yours
-
I don't think I could even narrow down a top 10. I mean right now I might be really into Isocracy's "Bedtime for Isocracy" EP, but at other times it might sound like crap next to Lagwagon's debut.
-
if it counts as a punk record and not a hc record then i pick "Group Sex". if not, then ill go with dead boys - young loud and snotty.

If it's not punk, it's not hardcore. Duh.

I can't decide on just one album...but my favorite punk single is the Randoms "Let's Get Rid Of NY". I bought a boot of it when I was 19, and I still listen too it with regularity, and it's on nearly every mix tape I make.
-
The Wolverine LP, duh.
The Wolverine LP pales in comparison to Frank Castle and the Punishers' "War Journal" LP. Fuckin' boss shit that LP is.

Singles are even tougher than LPs, because a lot of bands have that one killer side in them, but don't necessarily have it in them to deliver a full 30 minutes. My favourite punk singles are the Misfits "Bullet", DOA "World War 3", Clash "Complete Control"...all bands that could actually pull off full LPs, come to think of it, but the Fun Things EP and Teengenerate "Play the Kids" EP have got to be my favourite punk 7"s ever. Anti-Cimex "Raped Ass", Minor Threat "Filler" and Discharge "Realities of War" are all up there too.
-
Either "Back From Samoa", or the 1st albums by Undertones and Fear.

Either "Back From Samoa", or the 1st albums by Undertones and Fear.
I never got that Fear LP. Undertones are incredible, and the second LP is even better than the first.
-

One of my top 5 fave singles of all time!!!
-
probably the first Adverts LP. or the Kids, Dead Boys.
also love Wire, Ramones, KBDs, Sex Pistols, Wipers, Circle jerks, Avengers, Reatards, Rip Offs, Teengenerate etc
-
Mean Red Spiders single?
I dunno.
-
This shit's way to hard. I like way too much stuff & there's too many things to remember & sift through to ever even narrow it down to 100 or 50. & singles are 100x better than lp's anyday. See, with singles it's all hits or it's supposed to be that way, & with albums you got to skip around. Waste of time. Singles are the way to go.

The Damned got mentioned 3 or 4 times here. Last week I got a nice little poster on Ebay for $12.50 for the first Damned 7". The seller guy said he got it from Greg Shaw. Such a cool poster too. Someone else is now selling one too.

too hard to choose just one
Real Kids - all kinds of girls, Clash - s/t or undertones - s/t

I pulled out the UK version of the first Clash LP and listened to it last night. Classic. I think the US version makes it look like dog shit based off the fact that "Protex Blue" and "Cheat" are essential kibble and bits. Whoever was making that point on whichever thread that was is right. The one note solo on "Cheat" is cool forever; the fact that Protex gleaned their name from "Protex Blue" is a-fucking okay, too. The "1977" backside of the "White Riot" support single for that LP makes it a complete all-in-all hum-dinger. Throwing those other, later single sides on the '79 US version - but not "1977," for stupid - and messing with the track sequence was laaaaame shit. The record company pulled a chickenhawk. They put a hand in the pocket like a perv in the pants. Just shouldn't touch a classic and rearrange the package. Makes me wanna take a shower and never speak of it again.
-
I was in this cover band back in 00 and we used to do "Cheat"...first solo I ever learned.
