I remember people hashing it over here last Spring but I didnt know it got thrown out of court. Doesnt surprise me at all. Diamond had no case. Embarassing enough to bring a case like this, but to get it thrown out! Ha! Hope Jim enjoys a diet of sour grapes. Mark him as one of those guys who in ten years corners you at a bar, waves an Indian Casino flyer with the White Stripes name on it and tells you that they would be nowhere without him.

It's too bad though, jack needs a blow to his ego like I need one to my dingdong. Something to get him really angry and out of this generic/boring bullshit period he's entered.

Eh, I dunno, that Raconteurs thing wasn't so bad, especially considering who else was involved.  The last White Stripes on the other hand... wow!
