I've been checking some of the records I own against the listings on this site.  I think it's pretty much bullshit.

So I took Mike's advice and picked up one of those "90s gems" for he'd listed (less than 3 bucks) and sure enough I sold it and made $45. Not bad for the embarrassment it cost to bring the record to the counter.
