Title: novocaine and laughing gas rules
Post by: dani on November 06, 2006, 12:48:49 PM
i got my wisdom teeth pulled (finally) this morning. it was awesome. ive never gotten laughing gas or novocaine before and it was the best. i kept talking about how in the mall in milwaukee they have a blood pressure checker as a kiosk and then cracking up. also, walking down park avenue with two giant bloody pieces of cotton sticking out of my mouth was pretty cool too. now i'm waiting for the novocaine to wear off so i can take some vicodin and eat. i cna't talk out loud which is also a benefit. this ain't bad at all.

I miss nitrous oxide. Friend of mine used to get tanks of it. Used to be able to get it at the porn store in town here too till Brock's ex-girlfriend ruined it for everyone in NEWI.

I got my wisdom teeth pulled about 2 or so years ago. I didn't really have anything funny happen to me while I was knocked out. I think I ran into a wall, that's about it. Nothing worthy of a story. Although I do remember my girlfriend at the time breaking up with me and dating one of my friends (got married 3 months later) like..the next day after the surgeory. Aren't "significant others" grand?

I hit Rev. Norb with my car after getting my wisdom teeth pulled. I was at a stop sign, and he was crossing the street and I started driving not realizing he was there. My girlfriend yelled for me to stop, and when I looked up he was on the hood of the car. I started laughing, cause, well, I didn't really care for the guy at the time. I'm pretty sure that he still believes that I hit him on purpose.

My dentist has even prescribed anti-anxiety meds (xanax?) to take 3 days before an appointment.  Yay for drugs!
