My neighbor is mowing his yard right now.... which wouldn't be strange if everything wasn't covered in snow.

On Wednesday it was 68 degrees and I drove home from work with the top down on my convertible.  On Friday traffic was a deadstop on I94 south of Eau Claire because it snowed more than a foot overnight and that morning.  Wisconsin in a nutshell--two seasons, road construction and winter.

Utah is the same way just subtract the humidity and add a lot more breeding for the sake of being fruitful.
