Title: please help me find a song / video

I'm sure I saw the video posted here: a normal looking punk-rock band finds a crazy manager who instruct them on how to succeed on "punk-rock", so they go to choreography classes, etc  and it ends with a hilarious "punk-rock" musical....thanks in advance
