Have had a bunch of friends ask me to do mixes for them recently. It had been awhile, but it was a lot of fun. All vinyl, only one turntable, so heavily utilization of the pause button. Digitized it and uploaded it to mixcloud this morning. Gonna try to do one every week.

Jumping off point was the intersection of early 80's DIY/post punk and the cosmic end of folk from the prior decade. I kinda jump off topic somewhat and go with the vibe of the mix, but definitely more of a focus on druggy haze...slower tempo wise and often without drums. It jumps into the 90s and even the 2000's towards the end of the tape, but i think the continuity is their.

yeah. i want to my practice space/studio. we have an interface we use for recording and i plugged into that into logic. i think i fucked up and made it mono though. all this shit is kinda over my head, usually have someone to help. hopefully i'll find a better way to do it all.
