This guy really liked that record... but thanks for the condescension on my second post.


For real though, I'm trying to understand the appeal of Video Duct. One of the best of the last 10 years?!?! Sell me on it.


I like the sensation of the overlaid tracks sounding like several tapes playing at once, breaking out into occasional riffs with sudden bursts of a fairly off-putting noise, and then some humor, something like the Trendees approaching Twin Infinitives (even if the vocals could use some work). It still sounds to me like a lot of work was put into it, especially in its editing, and I appreciate that; the rhythm and timing seems unique. I was genuinely surprised its inclusion got a response at all since it seems inoffensive, in comparison to like Sheer Mag or something.
