John Paul Getty had a private doctor and nurse on his ship who used to administer drugs such as heroin and cocaine. He took so much methadone that the blood stopped flowing to his toes which had to be cut off. He hardly noticed.

Lucky John Paul Getty could afford such luxuries. A private nurse, after all, is the stuff dreams are made of. Let alone a private doctor with his own prescription pad devoted to you.

However most people are poor and cannot afford such luxuries and so, I think, unprofessional medical advice should be dispensed amongst ourselves in a bid to aid progress and disenfranchise those tyrants of the healthcare system (who are part of the larger control system anyway, according to Foucault).

All this bullshit so I could ask: I'm in Amsterdam and have acid reflux. What should I take? Is there a (ha) "natural" remedy? I have little bits of acid/vomit coming up all the time.

I have those 10mg percocets on me...what effect would they have? Would they relax the stomach and improve the situation, or would I just puke?

Music Shit / You can show support for independent labels who lost stock at PIAS (LONDON).

Unfortunately not only SONY, The Horrors or John Maus records were burnt at the PIAS distribution warehouse. But also a lot of stock of music by innocent and even talented musicians (Scott Walker, 4AD).




Best thing is to spread the word and buy the music directly from the independent labels' websites. Otherwise here is the boomkat link:
