I think the Chain Rank lp is one of the best of the year for sure. They were also killer live when I saw them opening for Violent Reaction. Haven't heard the Preskool Dropouts yet.

That has to be the first Revelation release I've bought in 20 years. I really like the Anxiety Hammer 7" too. Pretty straightforward hardcore, but good nonetheless.Really glad you mentioned the Violent Reaction lp! What a great record and also not talked about much. Probably my most listened to record of the year.

Definitely check out Moody Lords for records. Looks like a run of the mill vintage clothing store w/records, but they have great lps/prices. It's on Congress St.
