Hey NYC

Tonight is the debut show of OOF (2/3 of Rathaus; noisy no-wave w/sax)  with local scum-punks:

You Fucking Die (hardcore all the way, riyl Black Flag and pain)
Pelvi$$  (classic rock meets... the Brainbombs?)

That might be the only good reason I can think of.  Those chops are meaningless live, though when you see Ben flailing about, trashing all the equipment onstage.

man i'd totally forgotten about this.  i've tried not to be too critical in the past, but more than 2 years in and they still haven't finished this.  i understand it's a small label, but at least send out some updates/apologies every now and then and that would go a long way.  as it stands, a LOT of people have been ripped off--not only has no one received all 12 singles, but a lot of people paid extra for the monthly option and will be screwed regardless.  ok in the grand scheme of things, it's not a huge sum of money, but it's really the lack of updates that bothers me most. sorry to be another whining/bitching poster but this one is deserved and more than 2 years in the making...

So many to choose from, but:

LPs:  Accelerator; Singles, Live, Unreleased; Self-Titled (the first one)

Tracks: Back To School, Blood Flowers, Liar, New Bones, The Spectre

Haven't really checked out the side projects/off-shoots.  I've been hearing the Black Bananas single a lot at my job--pretty different from RT, but definitely interesting.
