New Black Sabbath track. 2 minutes in and I'm not vomiting.
The verse riff is being beat to death and reminds me of less sophisticated Pantera song. Needs to up the dose of the heavier parts of the song. Or any change at all. That verse riff is killing the song. It's four minutes before they stray from it.
At 6:30 sounding a bit more classic Sabbath.
Semi strong finish but not sure it's enough to make up for the punishing first 2/3'rds.

Pushing their dogma takes precedent over writing great songs in the majority.The simple presence of the word "vegan" in anything supposedly hardcore-related renders it immediately uninteresting. The mindset necessary to create worthwhile punk rock and the mindset behind being vegan are simply incompatible.I am vegan but I think there might be some truth to this statement, at least when it concerns bands who openly define themselves by their diet.
