Is it possible to make Yahoo look like it did last year? My eyes can't adjust to some 26 year old whiz kid's idea of what the websites of the future will look like.

Doods, I think this is already year 8 of the Termbo fantasy experience. Man I feel fucking ancient.

Draft in 4 and a half hours and I've done no research yet. Fuuuck.

I'm in. This shit is exponentially more interesting if you've got a bracket filled out.

Looking at the top 30 in both categories, QS really seems like the better indicator of pitching bossitude. I'm down for change.

Hamilton? A no power, possibly no average outfielder? Why not just fondle Rajai Davis in the 20th round? He'll give you 50 steals and even park a few surprise homers. The last speed-only guy I drafted early was Dee Gordon. Pfft.

No one will ever steal 100 bases, ever again.

If Hamilton plays every day he'll steal near 100.

Still not worth looking at as anything more than a mid-to-late rounder.

Have we decided on whether or not we're banishing the wins cat?

Haven't seen it in over a decade.  Took my old man to the Green Mill, the bar they blow-up, and he almost started crying.  It's been his favorite film since I can remember.  Still a great movie.

Fuck yeah. Love the ending when Caan goes full-on Bronson. Great Tangerine Dream score too.

Random: I've not Stephen King's The Gunslinger since I was a teen.  I know he's since rewritten it to ensure continuity with the rest of the series, but I remember loving that book before I attempted to read the next volume in what would become a franchise series for him.  Anyone else down?  Has anyone read Rage?  I bet it's good.

The Gunslinger is my favorite of his. The series is as up and down as it gets. I-III and V are the good ones. The rest are garbage. Last one particularly is just depressingly bad.

Fucking great mid-70s character study centered on a degenerate gambler played by Caan. It's got the grit and grime of your typical urban tough guy flicks from this era. Written by James Toback, who also penned the Keitel vehicle Fingers.

Although maybe too sabermetric of me, I vote to eliminate Wins as a countable stat. If those agree perhaps pick another pitching stat to add?

I suggested this two years ago but I don't think anyone was down for it. LET'S DO IT.

Love the way the White Sox are rebuilding. They won't win more than 75 games, but they should be pretty fun to watch.
