Yeah, the pull-out method can work fine ... until that one fateful night that the stars align.. and well, both abortions and babies are expensive not to mention painful and traumatizing. Hope you've got a few hundred dollars to spare.. and are ready to give the girl plenty of support.   Truthfully it's cheaper just to use a condom.  Can't afford any? Plenty of places will give you some for free. If I know you, maybe I will get you a box for Christmas.  Talk to the girl.  She might be down with getting on the pill, or getting an IUD or using some extra method to help reduce the risk of baby.

As for the vasectomy?  If you don't ever want kids, and your S.O. doesn't ever want kids.. go for it.
Personally I applaud any dude who is willing to do their part in keeping babies out of the picture, rather than making the woman do all the work.   As for the 'what if my girlfriend/wife 10 years from now want kids' question... well considering that studies are showing that old man sperm is often DEFECTIVE and has a higher chance of creating fucked up babies, better just get some of that shit preserved now (while it's still good).

i know after hundreds of complaints and thousands of excuses (some very funny mind you and sometimes hypocritical) we are in the same place TTT has always been: THE WORST. I have to keep it simple or mattt will come back and dissect everything instead of taking responsibility for his own action. granted, he will say he sucks, but then proceeds to make excuses why he sucks. like anyone is surprised when this comes up again and again and again. now matt is wasting everyone's time again. fuck this, i am going fishing.

yes, he has put out many records by himself and a lot of first records too and has put on many shows with bands staying at his house.  what have you done, but come on here and insult someone you know nothing about when there are plenty of facts on this forum that ttt makes plenty of excuses and had the worst mailorder in history.

Man, I just don't like the thought of going under the knife. I'm happily married now, and she doesn't want kids. But what if by the time I'm 50 we're divorced I snatch up a young trophy wife and she wants kids... that's the main reason why I won't do it. I don't have children now, but who knows what I'll want in the next 5- 10 years.

Agreed. Although I'd have to fall into some serious money to have another kid.

used to work with a guy who loved to tell the story of his botched vasectomy, wherein he had to find a new new doctor to go back in and fix him since it hurt like hell every time he got a boner, had to piss, stood up, sat down, etc etc and the doc who did the operation just kept saying "no, it'll be ok, some discomfort is to be expected". yeah that sounds like fun..

Fuck that. Not doin' it! My dad was saying how he got it done and then went to work the next day. "It was no big deal." Guess he was lucky!
