I just got back from downtown. I don't get it. The torch is behind a giant chainlink fence that has Olympic posters all over it. People everywhere but there's nothing to do. Weird.

Yeah, I saw it on TV. Really weird 'cause I just had the TV on in the background so I wasn't expecting it. Then they kept repeating it in slo-mo.

I'm also a huge fan of the planes waking me in the middle of the night.

Sigh. I just listened to "Grown Up, Fucked Up" for the first time in years. That album never made me sad before.

Also, good article Rob. That Gibson House show was such an illuminating experience for me (and obviously everyone else who was there).
