Made a single hop Mosaic IPA recently that is hands down the best beer I've made yet, gonna enter it in a contest.

This beer won a gold medal, not bad!

Got my first Saison in the secondary right now, used the Wyeast French Saison strain, taste awesome and has a crazy low FG(1.006).

Boiled a summer ale that is somewhat a clone of the Brooklyn one today.

Homebrewing rules.

I just bottled a Spruce Tip IPA. Should be interesting to see how it turns out. Tasted good at bottling, hopefully doesn't end up like Pinesol. Made a single hop Mosaic IPA recently that is hands down the best beer I've made yet, gonna enter it in a contest.
