I'm in the NBT "Destroy Oh Boy" camp, which should not surprise anyone who knows me.

Very, very close behind, Gaunt was and is still very important to me, and I Can See Your Mom From Here is the first one I'll always grab.  But I made a tape back then of the 10" and all the singles, and if that could be considered an album, I'd rank that higher.

Dwarves "Blood Guts" and TJSA are definitely way up there.

Definitely interested in this but somewhat baffled that it costs $56.00.

Not so baffled by the price -- self-publishing in small runs is expensive -- but more baffled by how 500 people will be found to drop $50+ on this kind of thing.

For anyone who's interested and didn't see this on the other thread new copies of FE are still available. Forced Exposure (forcedexposure.com) are still selling original copies of FE from Issue 7/8 through to 13, and also 17 and the last issue - #18. No 14, 15 or 16. 7/8 - 11 are $15 a shot. 12 - 18 are $6 each.

This came up before but I don't think was ever answered: has anyone ever successfully ordered these?  My impression was they've been out of stock for years.

I was at FE today and can verify that they do have all of these on hand, if anyone is still looking.

Website currenly shows only 4 issues: 7/8, 12, 13 (my favorite: Chain Gang and Vertical Slit) and 17.

Hold on - I've got like 4 or 5 copies in my closet, sealed, next to a bunch of sealed Stonewalls that I usually keep lodged up my bung hole. EX/EX 6,666 USD per copy. Will meet at SOHO REI only.

Never did it that way.  Dude I know has one of those $1,500-$2,000 Japanese machines.  Whenever I have like 10-12 records that need it, I send him a package.

Flatteners can get the record phycially flat enough to play, but the groove distortion is almost always permanent.  You'll likely hear a whooshing noise once per revolution for the first song or two on an LP.
