I have a hunch that you can find the buyer on Discogs.

I'm going to go back 40 years and let me as a 14 year old sports fan answer this question.

1.  Connie Hawkins bio: (ABA/NBA)

Non-Music Shit / Re: New postage rates
« on: January 18, 2016, 05:23:56 PM »
Just started playing with the postage calculator myself.  Using US to the UK as my test case, it appears the rates are now this:

0-1 lb. $13.50
1-2 lb. $22.50
2-3 lb. $34.50

No online discount anymore.  I haven't looked at domestic changes yet.  I hope they're less disheartening.

I would hunt down a copy of Amos Vogel's "Film As A Subversive Art" and read his chapter on "The Destruction of Plot and Narrative" It lists films such as "Empire" by Andy Warhol, "Vampyr" by Pedro Portabella, and "The Married Woman" by Jean-Luc Godard.  But since this was published in 1974, it can't guide you to anything more contemporary.  Only film I've seen that I could add is Christian Marclay's "The Clock".

Re:  "I understand between paypal and discogs it may be hopeless but I kind of think I should fire a warning shot before doing anything like negative feedback."

It sounds like you've already fired a couple of warning shots. Not only should you file for a refund, but you need to notify Discogs that you think the seller is fraudulent.  Since they have been unwilling to resolve your problem to your satisfaction, Discogs can suspend their selling privileges, and sometimes that threat is enough to motivate the seller, and if not, good riddance.

Check out the Ascend Acoustics cbm-170 SE.  They're not much to look at, but I think they're a good value. (There are plenty of reviews online)
