I know most of you don't give a shit about either of those formats, but if you ACTUALLY care about hearing this record, you can get over it and buy a tape until you can get a copy on your precious vinyl.
Also, as far as the the whole "alienating fans" thing goes, if you feel alienated, then you've put yourself there, not Jeff. Anyone who wants to hear the record will soon be able to without a problem (see above).
But now I'm confused, who are we hating more these days?
Bands that "sell out" by having minor success through a label, or dudes that decide to release a record themselves out of pocket?
You know, I seem to remember people ragging on Cheap Time a while back for not having "deserved" to be on In the Red, and now people are complaining about Jeffrey putting something out himself.
