Now the basement is a second hand shop (ROUGH TRADE VINTAGE) and it has good prices and good records. I guess they haven't done much promotion yet because no one seems to know.

I was in the RT basement a few months ago, bought two 7"ers, the stock was ok.... maybe they've pulled out a few records lately.

the last few times I was at the MVE it seemed pretty picked through... I overheard two of the cunts working there talking about thier ebay accounts, I think they get paid in part in vouchers, so they hold stuff just traded in for each other, mark it for cheap, and then off it on ebay. You have to search for some good stuff, but it's worth it if you've got some time.
