Shit. That was a dumb question. Just realized I recently got a 7" from SLR on that same minty Crayola green. And I think there was a domestic Dan Melchoir on solid pink not too long ago.

It just seems other than the occasional marbled or trash vinyl, most colored vinyl I've bought over the last couple of years has been translucent. Then I happened to buy a few imports lately, and they were all of the solid variety.

So is it more expensive to do a solid color? It probably makes no difference, but it makes it seem like a higher quality piece of vinyl if you can't see through it.

Regardless, this Cave Weddings record is tops. And I'm bummed there won't be any more from them.

So good. It took me a few days to flip the record over, cause I had to keep listening to the A-side over and over and over. Glad I finally did, though, cuz I think I like the B-Side even more.

And that solid Euro colored vinyl is much sweeter than the translucent American-style. Do any U.S. plants offer solid colors?
