Hi - do you live in Portland, Maine? My wife Becky got in a fender bender and it fucked up her favorite bumper-sticker from Becky's Diner. If you live there you know this place. If anyone in Portland is willing to go by there, grab one of the free "Becky's Diner, Nothing Finah!" bumper stickers at the counter and mail it to me in California, you would be contributing to a real killer of a stocking stuffer. Happy to Paypal you some money for on omelette or whatever! PM me if you're down.

I'm currently being bothered that I never bought this tape when it was available from K. Happy to pay a slightly exaggerated price. OR if you have this and don't want to sell it and would be down to make me a copy, that would rule too. Some songs are scattered throughout YouTube but the full tape isn't on there as far as I can tell. And some ass wants $127 on discogs.

A friend of mine wants this for Christmas, but discogs is currently hovering around $100. Reissue is fine, don't care if it's in perfect shape etc. PM if you want to make a young lady's Xmas wish come true.

Anyone have one of these they want to sell? It's the one with just the 4 loops, it's also known as Chan Fang. Help a guy out who's just trying to get mellow. PM is best, thanks!

Used Records For Sale/Auctions/Wantlists / WTB: The Tyde - Once LP
« on: August 12, 2013, 09:30:32 PM »
This record/band never really clicked for me back in the proverbial day but thanks to Those Darn Burger Boys, I've had the reissue tape on non-stop in the car & can't get enough of it. I have a feeling this high-quality format is about to start sounding a little TOO real so if you want to get rid of this LP, why not give it a loving home right here with me? PM me if you have the balls. Thank you in advance.

Hey all, after slacking around for a good while my band English Singles have a few 7"s out for your listening pleasure. We're from the Sacramento "same dudes/different band" axis so you get Nars, Pretty Girls, Lyme Regises, FM Kniveses, Ski Instructors. Fast pop, catchy punk, there's a 12-string in there, we like the TVPs.

$6 ppd in the US from this guy:

http://squirmyrecords.bigcartel.com/product/english-singles-disaster-b-w-face-don-t-fit-not-talking-anymore-7

It sounds like this:
http://squirmyrecords.bandcamp.com/album/disaster-b-w-face-dont-fit-not-talking-anymore

And looks like this:

Hype hangover stats: 300 copies, screened covers.

We also have some copies of our first single that you can get from me by writing to millersnewemail@gmail.com or by buying it from Slumberland.

Thanks!

Non-Music Shit / WTB: Technics 1200 dust cover/lid
« on: July 07, 2012, 09:30:11 AM »
I threw the plastic dust cover/lid piece away years ago cuz it was so bulky & usually just sat on the floor since it doesn't have hinges. Lately my damn cat has taken to lazing ON the turntable when I'm not in the room (I just caught her sound asleep on there) so I need to get another cover. Before I pay the $40-$50 they cost new online I thought maybe someone had one they didn't want & would sell it to me for cheaper than that. That's right - I'm totally cheaping out. Sue me. Or better, PM me & sell me yours.

« on: December 03, 2011, 10:14:32 AM »
Just walked in on my lady looking at this blog (Slutever) & one of the new posts is a bunch of Danny Fields' personal, unpublished photos. Dee Dee looking cool/gay in his Sugar Daddy shirt, Nico looking for drugs on the carpet, Jonathan Richman looking young, Alice Cooper looking like a badass etc

I like what I've heard but I'd rather not drop $35 (AU) ordering it direct from Chapter if possible. Anyone getting these?

Sick of just having a burned CDR of this. I know Radioactive is sketchy as hell but since I can't afford an original, does anyone have the Radioactive reissue that they want to part with? Or does anyone have any inside info that this is gonna be reissued any time soon? Seems like something Drag City would be in to.
