and then there is that cant leave bad feedback to buyers. i current have 2 people who havent paid in over a week. if i file a non paying bidder they could leave me a neg if they are so inclined and i did nothing wrong.

I'm pretty sure that a buyer can no longer leave a  negative once a non-paying bidder alert has been filed.

hey, judd, can you let sue know that i miss her rattail?

tell her boss, he made her cut it off.
889
hah! maybe.  how bout that dude that traded you first press econochrist 7".  and slept at yr place on state st about 10 years ago.

Yeah, same dude. Crazy man. I still have that Econochrist 7". See you in July, maybe..
890
hey judd-

it's harry from massachusetts.  no long time, no see!  if i'm around here in july...i'll try to make it out to the sex vid show in beantown

Harry....the dude who made me a Billy Bragg tape once? I'm drawing blank.
891
i got that latest one...someone let me know when it's time to cash in.  also i was suprised to see that my old buddy judd was fronting this band.

And who might you be old buddy, old chum?

We made 2000 of the new one and another 1000 are on the way so don't expect to be rich anytime soon..
892
No repress. I think that last auction was a fluke but the one prior went for $70 so I dunno. Let me know what shit you don't have and I can upload it for you.

Nice Boys for $28!!??!

Randomly clicked on the 1st post of this thread. Weird that the link to the above auction is still valid after 2 years..
895
THE TOADIES are my father's favorite band.
896

That being said, there's definitely a song on it that I'm convinced is about going down on a chick.  It' says, "I'll be steward of your southern lands," and something about Spanish moss and the girl showing him where the sun shine reaches or something like that.  I laugh every time I hear it.

I'm feelin' that.

I stopped listening to Superchunk when the vocals changed. I went back recently and gave it another chance but I can't get into it. My friend Adam loves every album and has all the CD singles and shit. Super fan.
897
Ugh. "Here's Where the Strings Come In" is one of the worst Superchunk records. It's all about the early singles, "No Pocky," "On the Mouth," and their best late period record "Indoor Living," which is about 85% awesome.

The first few singles and the 1st 12" are boring. They're cool but don't really hold up. "On the mouth" has one good song. Never fucked with "Indoor Living" but I'd probably like it. Is it before or after "Strings"?
898
Superchunk "Heres where the strings come in" is great, my favorite one after "No Pocky".

Small 7" on Merge. Finger 7" on Merge.

Centro-Matic "Transistor" 7" is a great noisy mess of GBV/Superchunk/Pavement sounds. I think it's from '95 or '96 but I could be off.
899
here's what we have so far, I'll post again in it's own thread when everything is nailed down.
