Non-Music Shit / Re: hours of sleep per nite

Drew talked about him hearing about that large percentage of your life being at sleep and it fucked him up.
I didn't know about that stat but I still never slept.
I remember being really young and watching Carson, Ullman, and Letterman. On weekends I always watched Python, Young Ones, and SNL.
To most of us, now, those shows don't sound late but to a 4/5/6 year old those shows were on LATE!
Because of lack of sleep I used to fall asleep during dinner, face on the plate, and would wake up in my bed then wake up my mom or dad because I was hungry and missed dinner. I regularly ate re-heated dinner at midnight and beyond.
I was a child of TV to the extreme.
I was always placed in front of the 24" screen that was cased in this fake wood finish.
We had a VCR and would tape the dumbest shit and I would watch it over and over.
I'm sure my parents attic has a goldmine of Muppet Babies, MTV, Finders Keepers, Soaps, and a bunch of other random things from '82 to '88.
I really wish my sleeping pattern wasn't so weird. It bums me out.
I have three sisters and they all have been able to sleep normal patterns.
My father has always been on a strict schedule for everything, including sleep.
My mom is a super light sleeper that will nap off at any given chance.
I'm not like any of them. It sucks! I wish I could nod off and do it to it like everyone else but I can't.
The gayest part is that I fall in to deep sleep and will only wake up when my body tells me to.
If someone tells me to wake up and I'm not prepared I can't do it. My body wont allow it.
No shitting myself(to reference another thread) but waking up pissing, throwing up, or humping an inanimate objects happens A LOT.
