Even if "educational materials" was the original intent of MM they certainly have widespread precident of not giving a hoot what the content of the packages were. I just looked and noticed two different definitions on the USPS website, one that mentioned educational materials one that does not. I wonder if they're trying to slowly redefine what the product is used for or if you just landed a maverick holding tight to an old world view?
