Music Shit / Re: Budget Rock 2020?
« on: December 06, 2020, 09:37:22 AM »
Also, the upcoming Shane White book on Budget Rock through the Hozac books imprint has had me thinking about this ("genre?").

The "Budget Rock" FB lets people post The Fall all the time but holy shit just try to post Thee Mooney Suzuki and all hell breaks loose...Looking forward to the book but hopefully it won't try to define the "genre"...

I only recall deleting a NIRVANA post  :)
Im not really fund of the group name myself, but it was the only thing I could come up with a the time, and yeah, the name might limited people in posting more wider a la termbo.

really looking forward to that shane white book. any idea when its supposed to be out?

Music Shit / Re: blade runner movie sound without dialogue

I never heard that one before. Sounds interesting. Thx. But its not the one. It was like the whole movie, but without dialogue. It had score, ambience and sound effects. Like if a car was passing, the sound from it was in the mix.

Music Shit / blade runner movie sound without dialogue
« on: March 13, 2017, 06:39:54 AM »
One time I found on a blog a album which contained the sound from blade runner. It had score and sounds from whatever happening on the picture side, but it didn't have any dialogue. Harddrive went bust and now I can't find the damn album anywhere. Rings a bell to anyone?

Saw them sometime mid-90s in Copenhagen. Great band and long penis. Love the How Low Can You Go 7".

I would go for Sir Dance A-Lot and His Dancing, Romancing Pranceteers "Death To False Twist" split lp with Manganzoides.
The Dance A-Lot got that crazy good feeling and the Manganzoides is good raw garage.
I never get tired of that record.
