Non-Music Shit / Re: Breaking Bad

and per the show, no one had seen crystal that clear... not even jesse who was a cook, his shit wasn't like that.

so yeah, i can see the new lab partner stealing it, but Gus giving up Hank is what threw me off. Now if they get Hank, do the twins still want Walt? If they don't care about Walt any longer, then there isn't really a point for his new lab partner to steal Walt's reciepe.

Man i love how you can speculate as much as you want with this show and it never turns out how you thought.

Nate Abbott or Ryan Greobler will do anyone solid as well.

cheap and good tattoos don't usually go hand in hand.

i like stay true tattoo in dublin lately.

east bay area. out of the way but only 45 mins from SF, not a bunch of dicks, and some great work quietly coming out of the shop. See Ryan the owner, Dave Gibson or Nate.

Non-Music Shit / Re: my first really nice guitar

musicman amps rule. my guitar player just picked up a 65 watt all tube 2x10 combo. Effin' screams and it's small as shit.

$450, but it's in great shape. I've seen 2x12 versions go for 350-500 all day long. Great sleeper amp with an actual overdrive channel.

So for Kevin, this means if you plug in to the second set of inputs on the amp, you'll have a master volume and a gain knob that will give you overdrive/grit that's probably what you are looking for sound wise. If you want to play it clean with a pedal, plug into the first set of inputs on the amp.

Also has a high/low setting so you can half the watts if you need to, and push the amp a bit harder for more dirt. Reverb sounds damn near fender, tremelo/vibrato is very nice as well esp with with a footswitch.

here's what it looks like:

i bet the twins come to kill walt, (keep in mind walt did NOT kill tuco, only tried. Hank actually killed him) walt fesses up it was Hank, his DEA agent bro in law. I bet walt somehow escapes yet again, hank gets killed by the twins, so who is skylar going to tell now?

SOMEONE IMPORTANT HAS TO DIE.

right?

i also think that the Pollo guy will try to help Walt after their business is finished to avoid the twins, and maybe end up fucking himself over in the process. Pollo guy seems like he's big, but not "in the family" with the mexicans "big", so they probably don't care about wasting him if he gets in the way of revenge on Walt.

or maybe they'll just 86 Sky.

Either way, i sure hope this is the last season, i can see this jumping the shark if it goes for too long. It's just not meant to go on forever!

Are they quitetly sponsoring "garage" music with things like Larry hardy's new radio show on their a/v site, all kinds of shit about jay in their mags, etcetera... I sure hope some bands are making dollas off this shit at the least... Seems kinda dirty or maybe I'm just high.

I like the tascam 2488. You can front end everything with external pres and such, or use the built in pres which don't sound so bad. Dump out to two track reel to reel, or get crazy and export the wav files out to whatever software based stuff you want. 699 new, used about 500. Easy to use as a four track but with more flexibility.
