Gonna be there the last weekend in February. Any shows going on that weekend. I think I'll be limited to the Ramones Museum and Wowsville for music stuff other than that. At the mercy of peoples interests too. .

I read recently that Wowsville has closed up shop.?

If you like hardcore Kopi is having a festival to celebrate 20 years, on the last weekend of feb.

Inner City Sound - by Clinton Walker. Covers Australian punk and post punk music from the late 70s (I like this mostly for the discog and pics)

Stranded the secret history of Australian independent music, 1977-1991 - by Clinton Walker (Its good but the author craps on too much about himself for my liking)

Blunt - A Biased History of Australian Rock - by Bob Blunt. Collection of info on mostly 80s Aust bands on labels such as  Aberrant, Black Eye, Waterfront etc. (Essential)

Pig City - by Andrew Stafford "Maps the shifts in musical, political and cultural consciousness that have shaped the Brisbane's history and identity" (Haven't read it all)
