I don't have anything against the sex pistols, but i used to like them a lot more than i do now. I think what turned me off a little is the fact that they camethe cliche' punk band, because i have noticed that if you tray and have a music conversation with anybody who doesn't listen to "real punk" they just assume that you love the sexpistols when you mention punk music.

My early teenage years(12-14) consisted of rancil the casualties, and blink 182 and i honestly thought that was punk. Looking back  i realize how shitty my music was and how much of a tool i was. The song that changed my life was when i heard sixpack by black flag when i was 14 or 15,once i heard that i never looked back to the other shit. Three years later its all about the feelers,daily void, carbonas, jay retard, human eye, holy shit, and bands of the like. I only hope that when i look back in 15 or 20 years i will see these artists as "classic".
