Non-Music Shit / Cleaning records that have haze from plastice outer sleeves

I just came across a small stash of 45's but, some of them were kept in those heavy plastic outer sleeves and now have haze through out the vinyl and a light surface noise. Is there anyway to get rid of the haze?
