I've only had a few stolen from me here and there by ex-roommates. I have a few records that are currently MIA. Not sure if there misplaced or stolen. Of course at this point I haven't been able to find them for like six months. Might be time to safely write them off as stolen.

It's possible that Teenager destroyed them.

Bushwick isn't so bad, but, like what's-his-name said, it depends on where you are.  The big downfall of Bushwick, for me, is the lack of decent restaurants/bars and the prevalence of loud, shitty music.
