There is a clear distinction between being overweight and being obese:

Overweight means just that; you weigh more than you should.

The part with the video of the "real life" exorcism pretty much ruined the movie for me.

Overall it was ok, but that cheesy aspect really took away from what realism there was.

Also, I found both of the main characters to be very unlikable...like people I would have gone to high school or college with and, at most, nodded to if I saw them outside of school.
