Eagles did 2 7 inches and a tape, I think.

That tape is awesome though a bit too short (3 tracks only). Death School is great! It got me into the Spread Eagles. The two 7 inches on Boom Chick are cool too.

A great one, subtitled "swinging themes from thrilling German crime films (66-72)", composed by Gert Wilden and out on Crippled Dick Hot Wax.

Pretty & Nice is very good. What is the tracklisting of that LP?
34
no but I seriously wonder if a serial killer ever had a good enough sense of humor that he would like cut a baby arm off and then just for a joke stroke off his dick with it like "hey check it out!  im gettin jacked off by a baby arm!"  and then toss it aside and just laugh hysterically.

This sounds like what Johnny Ryan would draw. http://www.johnnyr.com/comix/index.html

New Releases For Sale/Distro Updates / Re: Monks

Black Time would seriously need a proper vinyl reissue. I'm not sure though who would go for it with all those crappy bootlegs floating around.

Black Monk Time is going to be reissued on cd and lp next April on Light In The Attic.

Their two managers did a bunch of really weird and cool stuff but it doesn't interview either of them at all.

If you saw the film, it says at the end:

Monks manager Walther Niemann has worked his entire life in advertising.

He is retired now.

He rejected the offer to be part of the film, stating, that a good manager belongs in the background.

Monks manager Karl-H. Remy was thought dead for many years.

During the research to this film he was found.

He rejected the offer to be part of the film without further explanations.

Witch Cookie is very similar to 13th Floor Elevators' Scarlet and Gold though the lyrics aren't the same. The whole record is genius though.

I thought Dodgeball was really funny.

And this one is pure unintended comedy.

43
please more unconditional support

Nope. Or this is gonna turn into a gay message board.
44
"to each his own i guess" -- plastic bag baby

And SSR, that Nothing People LP is great too. That's one band I'd add to the list of bands that will (probably) have some longevity.
45
You guys are very harsh with these bands. They're all classics to me, because I love them all. I don't care if they only did one EP or several LPs, as long as the music tastes good, it's all fine. Hell, even SPIDER is a band I miss.

Well, I'm sure they all appreciate your unconditional support.

Ouch.

Well, come on, what's the point of discussing music if it's all "this is great! I love this!"  a critical view is necessary.  And it gives me something to do at work.

Nah, I ain't saying everything is great. I'll never understand why people dig bands like Factums, Blank Dogs and all that crap (though by the name of my record label, you can tell I kinda dig shit). Each to their own I guess.
