Did anyone who grabbed the Hazelwood notice a decent amount of hiss at the start of "If It's Sunday Morning"? Or did I just get a bum copy?

Got the Hazelwood, Scientists 7", Nobunny 7", and the Trouble in Mind split.  Numero set up a pop-up shop full of dealers to avoid RSD nonsense, and got the Arlis! "I Wanna Be" 7" for the nice price, and the Titan "Just Another Pop Album" comp sealed. Numero was also selling a limited (100 copies) 7"; no idea what's on it yet.

Logan Hardware is pretty awesome for a pseudo-free arcade. Their Dr. Who pinball machine is aces.

I really hope that entire tape rant makes it into the press release that gets sent around with the record. A+

Numero Group is putting out a comp full of AOR and yacht rock.

"WTNG 89.9FM: Solid Bronze is an ode to radio station compilation albums of yore, back in the days of when FM jocks stoked the flames of stage acts in their broadcast area with hyped-up talent shows, invaluable airplay, and homegrown LPs stacked with the best efforts of bands not more than a few counties away. Solid Bronze covers all of that ground and then some: smooth rock, AOR, easy glide, hot tub soul, and earnest yacht rock sailing gentle radio waves. Fans of the Dans?Fogelberg, Steely, Seals, and Hill?this is your Numero record."
