Good seeing a lot of you, if just from across the very crowded room on Friday!!! Whatta show, lotsa fun EVEN without boozes since we were up doing house stuff early -- pizza made up for it. We just signed a lease for an amazing Glen Park house right next to BART so we'll be seeing you all a lot more often in 3 weeks. Sorry we couldn't find you Justin >_< see ya in a few.

« on: April 02, 2009, 11:50:47 AM »Believe the closest Bart stop is Balboa Park there (Aya, who posts here, lives around there). Nothing overtly creepy to deter walking.Yes, the Balboa Park BART station is on Geneva St. at San Jose Ave. about a half mile from the intersection of Geneva and Mission.
I understand that there are nastier parts of the Excelsior though, no? Definitely looking there. Seems like a popular are with the nobunnies.

« on: April 02, 2009, 11:09:53 AM »Yeah...Mission and Geneva (that intersection and the neighboring streets). Anywhere around there. Seems like there are rows of duplexes with garages...Know someone who found a great 2 bedroom w/garage on Mission for $1500 recently.
Can the pretty lady walk to BART in that neighborhood? Area looks good for my commute to Brisbane. Eventually my offices are moving downtown, sweeeet.

(And keep in mind that SF = crazy deposits. (many places require 3 months worth up front.. first, last, and security) Painful!)
