More people need to read Charles Beard's An Economic Interpretation of the Constitution of the United States. Even though it was written in 1913, it is still extremely poignant and relevant today. One of the book that really shook me up.

The production value of NBC/Olympics is making Ice Hockey attractive to me. Ive only watched 1 full NHL game ever in my 31 years.

NBC does a really nice job with their NHL coverage. Sure it is pretty Crosby loaded, but even as an extremely casual hockey fan I end up watching a few games a year. Perhaps because it is aimed towards people like me. Hardcore hockey fans must hate it.
Also living in the CBC market area, I find myself watching Hockey Night in Canada from time to time. I wish I was into the NHL more.

I love Songs of Love and Hate.
The strange thing is that he is from Montreal, which coming from Toledo, Ohio seems like the happiest place in the world. I cannot imagine sitting down to writing such depressing music being raised there. Maybe it was a much different place when he was young.

I love how none of these reviews actually constitute a sentence.

Do Paperboy and NeoGeo games.

I'm guessing those are the only two things you had. Polish food is great.

Today I quoted a Country Teasers song in a paper I'm writing about Cultural Relativism.

I don't know man, but it seems anytime that you talk about punk to the establishment, it makes it less punk. Now some fuckin' professor knows about the Country Teasers. He is probably writtin' some book about it and publishing it on Random House. Nark.

I like the hockey, but for the most part the Olympics are unwatchable. Because they are meant to be watched by such a broad audience, every single athlete has to have some sappy human interest story attached to them. It always shit like, "two years ago Apollo Ono's dog died of cancer, this Olympics he is going to win the gold for Scraps the dog." Plus, the horrible advertising like McNuggets being the official food of the athletes. Ugh.

Johnny Damon, wandering the Earth looking for a job after finishing 4th in the AL in runs scored last season. No one wants to pay 10 million for a 36-year old outfielder with no arm. Braves have a weak offer on the table for one measly year. No team wants to be the one holding the bag when his wheels finally fall off a la Magglio Ordonez, who incidentally is going to be paid 18 million this year to be a quasi-4th outfielder/DH.

When he finally does sign, I wonder if he'll play mad all year? That would be interesting.

Sadly, I think the Tigers will offer him a two year deal. As a Tiger fan I would not not mind having him for a year, as they need a left handed bat that can leadoff. Unfortunetly, I have a bad feeling that the 2011 outfield will consist of Guillen, Ordonez, and Damon.

One of my favorite bands, or at least used to be. I can't sit through Double Nickels anymore, but What Makes a Man Star Fires is still an all time favorite. Introduced my teenage brain to futurism, situationism, dada, etc...

You go to school full time? Isn't there a bunch of part time student positions at your school? Seriously, at many universities, colleges, and community colleges there are tons of lean-on-a-broom-stick jobs that pay pretty well, and are not work-study, that sometimes give you ample time to do homework. Go hassle the administration at your school.

I'd never cum in a girls mouth as it's demeaning and sexist. I'd rather cum on her tits or something.

Back this up with theory. Andrea Dworkin is waiting.

She sounds like a freshman in college. Totally excited about the world of knowledge she is being exposed to, but not able to properly express it or rationalize it correctly. Hate to break it to ya'll, but 18 years olds aren't that bright. Age is a factor. Still, I love the 7".
