Just got back w/ trying to meet up w/ a friend that was flown in to perform at the Alberta House (Robson & Beatty) it it was a complete military state ... the lights, helicopters, horses w/ the nightclub atmosphere is ?ber-merkw?rdig

"You & Your Sister" has that cheesy crystal-clear 80's studio sound to it, but the songs are there ... the lyrics for "Cry" are a bit more discernible, but nowhere as good as the Gizmos version.

The advice I was always given was that although it's nice to have tubes for your bass amp, it not really neccessary ... it's a bass - solid state will do the job fine w/o the headaches & expense ... always seemed to ring true.
