A man whose penis was glued to his stomach testified Tuesday that a motel tryst with a girlfriend involving a bondage fantasy turned painful and humiliating after his wife, a second girlfriend and another woman burst into the room and harassed him because of his cheating ways.

The 37-year-old Fond du Lac man told Calumet County Circuit Court Judge Timothy Van Akkeren that during the July 30 ordeal, which lasted about 30 minutes, he was punched in the face twice. The woman he had gone to the motel to meet, Therese Ziemann, super glued his penis to his stomach while at least two of the other women watched, the man said.

"I was telling them, you can't let her do it. This is assault," the man testified.

Akkeren ruled there was enough evidence for the case to go to trial.

Ziemann, 48, of Menasha, Wendy Sewell, 43, of Kaukauna, Michelle Belliveau, 43, of Neenah and the man's 30-year-old wife are each charged with being party to felony false imprisonment, a felony. Ziemann is also charged with misdemeanor fourth-degree sexual assault in the gluing incident.

Belliveau pleaded not guilty to the charge Tuesday. The others asked for time to file motions before entering pleas.

All the women except the man's wife glared at him during his nearly 90 minutes of testimony. They all declined to comment on their way out of court.

The Associated Press is not naming the man or his wife because he is the alleged victim of sexual abuse.

The man testified that he had developed sexual relationships with Ziemann and Sewall, but that Sewell had mentioned ending things in late July. He knew Belliveau because she was Ziemann's sister.

The man said he agreed to be tied to the bed because he and Ziemann had talked about bondage and he had agreed to pay for some nice fabric she would buy to tie him.

He said he was startled by a knock at the door, and worried it might be Ziemann's husband. He realized the "fun had stopped" after his wife and the other women entered the room.

"The rest came in and the hurting trip began," said the man, who testified in shackles because he is jailed in an unrelated case on theft and child abuse charges. "It got chaotic real quick, real fast. ... I was asking everybody in the room to cut me loose."

The man testified that his wife was the first to leave, and that the others left "in a panic" when he began to struggle free of his bonds. It took him another 2-3 minutes to get free and run naked outside and seek help, he said.

Sewell's attorney, Nila Robinson, said she would seek to have the charge against her client dismissed because of a lack of evidence.

"The inference that she was a participant in restraining (the man) is not justified. Just standing around is not enough," Robinson said.

She called the man dishonest, a liar and a con man. He tricked the women he called his girlfriends by telling them he loved them and wanted futures with them, Robinson said.

Attorneys for the other women said there were no plea bargain talks under way with prosecutors, and that they intend to fight the charges.

Just did another run of Love Visions and we swapped out the inner labels for a Buddha Records-esque label...and by esque I mean we put some bunny heads on the statues. Anyway we did that shit and pressed it on "mixed" vinyl because we think mixing of colors is cool. Anyway if'n you're a collector type that feels like they gotta own the stuff you can get it from them on any of the million tours they're doing or you can mail order it from me. Just email me at store@1234gorecords.com and let me know what you want and where you live.

If you're a store or distro that wants to carry this please get in touch if you have any trouble getting it at all. No Idea is the exclusive distributor for this sucker so they're the cheapest and they have labels like Dirtnap and a bunch of others so you can make a half decent order if you want. They're also super friendly and don't have a bunch of shitty cock blocking policies. If you want to do an order direct that's cool too but seriously you should check them out. Anyway email me at store@1234gorecords.com if you're not feeling adventurous.

The Cometbus curated cassette opus of Berkeley bands from the 80's. All unreleased songs mostly from demos he collected/was on. Basic Radio is pre-Op Ivy/Rancid, Violent Coercion is pre-Neurosis and I'm sure there are some others of note I'm forgetting besides the obvious like Crimpshrine, Kamala, Soup, Fang etc. There's some stinkers but a lot of lost gems on here.

All tracks are seperated, MP3's are high quality and I did as much turd polishing as possible but the source material is a tape comp of demo tapes. Despite that the sound quality is really good. It's a big download but it's worth it.

1. Atrocity - Final Option
2. 13 - Well Oh Well
3. Anti-Momb - Police State
4. Crimpshrine - Walk Away
5. Black Gaurd - Planned Attack

7. Art Faggots - Creeping Terror
8. Special Forces - America Is Dead
9. Vagrants - Chip Off The Ol' Block
10. Basic Radio - Meat Market
11. Greedy Grady and the Sanfords - Encore
12. Distorted Truth - Cavity Creeps
13. Violent Coercion - House of Terror
14. Spent - Cut Off
15. Fang - Get Off Your High Horse
16. Keg Party Hero - Get Wasted
17. Boi - Hypocrites and Criticism
18. Unskilled Labor - Here We Go Again
19. Kamala and the Karnivores - James' Swimming Pool
20. Intensified Bluebeard - I Like Drinking Mickeys
21. Soup - Glue Song

Bring me your new records when they come out! 9 out of 10 bands and labels that typically bring me shit are garbage. There are so many good bands right now and I run a record store that sells the sort of music you're making pretty much exclusively. Get your asses down here! If I've never heard of your band I might ask to consign the first batch but otherwise I'll buy stuff outright.

Oakland is not far away and the shitty parts of Oakland are about the same as the ones in SF so get over it you pansies!
