Del Rio, I think, was supposed to get the title on like 3 occasions now, but has not for various reasons. I guess he was supposed to cash in on the Miz or Rey the other night, but they changed the plan a day or so before to have punk come back and challenge cena for SS. I guess punk was going to have a non wrestling role at Summer Slam that was deemed "stupid" eventually and plans were changed.
