I'm taking the greyhound home on Wednesday for Thanksgiving. I'll be back from Wed-Sun. Any shows or fun shit going on in the city? Pens play the Devils Saturday night. What's the situation with scalpers outside the arena? My brother says ticket prices are pretty ridiculous this year, and I haven't been to a Pens game since the early 90's.

As I've said on here before, I grew up in the sticks outside of the city, but plan to be downtown on Friday and Saturday night.

Steve- are you going home, or cooking your own space-age Thanksgiving dinner? Waldorf salad with multiple types of sprouts? Cholula stuffing made from dried bolillo?

Non-Music Shit / Student Loan Question

So when my FAFSA results came, I was told that I could not receive aid due to a past student loan being in default. Anyone know my options here?  The loan is over 5 grand. Does the entire loan need to be paid off before I can again receive student aid? I called the DOE and was told the debt was sent to a collections agency. I'm nervous about calling them and then getting ten calls a day from them after the fact. I am attending school full time right now and all other outstanding student loans have gone into deferment. What do I need to do in order to receive aid next semester? I can't afford to pay for tuition and books out of pocket again, I don't even have a job. I stole a bottle of Chohula from the store last week fer chrissake!
