I really need a smoking jacket. This crusty/faded red hoody has seen better days. One time this girl told me she wouldn't put it on no matter how cold she got, said it smelled way too much like me on a non-shower day. And I'm thinking "you just had my dick in your mouth!"

No. I tried, but lack of car/funds/friends with taste prohibited my attendance. Heard it was great, and that Chrissie Hynde played as well. I sat at a bar and talked to an old guy about him dancing onstage wearing el duce's sock on his junk and nothing else at a Mentors show next to what is now jacobs field in '90. Didn't recognize the name of the venue but that was like ten years before I moved here, and I was 8.

There are two 7"s (on robs house and nasty product) and the split on profet. If anyone hasn't heard them you can d/l "my love in vain" from profet's site. The song is fantastic.

The fag cop 7 on milknherpes is better than most of what I've heard all year. The spread eagles tape on dhrr is similar. Only thing that comes close is homostupids cat music side b. I haven't heard the new sex vid 7 though. Black Velvet 8 year reserve is $13 in OH!

Scored a really nice harbound black sparrow press edition of John Fante's "the brotherhood of the grape" today. I've read this quite a few times in my life, but still pretty happy with my purchase.
Now I want a hardbound black sparrow copy of "ask the dust".

How's the static static hozac 7"? Found one stashed with a bunch of $.25 bin stuff. Worth grabbing?

Thanks, just wanted to make sure, the track from the cdr on blank dogs profile has been in heavy rotation in the computer lab lately.
And how about the new black orphan track on their profile!!! Only had 25 plays this morning. Brutal grooves. Makes me wanna tear apart my econ textbook and suplex the kid in the next computer cubby.
This kid has plastic things tied into his lil wayne braids. What the fuck? If you do a double take to check out another dude's J's you could smack yourself in the eye and go blind! Didn't ravers used to wear that shit, and white kids with dreadlocks?

I know I'm waaay late, but just realized I can download tracks from the 45 revolutions blog on my phone while I wait for the RTA. Battersea - Split Image - ten times on the way to tremont this morning, and The Beez - Easy - FUCK!
The Golden Boys new record (which was next to me when I woke up with my shoes on after their show)is not what I was hoping for. Pretty straight forward pop/country-ish stuff, far departure from the Perpetrator LP even the HookorCrook one. Awesome dudes though, their live show is a must see.
Stay Hungry by Talking Heads is the shit.
