I only knew him though a handful of emails about the White Cop 12", now I wish I had taken that opportunity to get to know him better than that. I obviously missed out on quite a lot.
When I told him I liked cheap and minimal packaging he responded with exclamation marks and ran with the idea, out doing even my cheapest dreams. He said he was going to mail me the art work for the record. A week later I get a package from Australia. Inside, a sheet of regular size printer paper with "White Cop" scrawled on it in black marker. Blew my fucking mind.
My thoughts are with his friends and family.
