Apparently Creeping Ritual Productions just released a 2nd edition of this one as there were copies floating on eBay.

Go Tell The Mountain The Stories And Lyrics of Jeffrey Lee Pierce The Gun Club.
2nd Edition with revised photos , tributes , band flyers e.t.c.
Official release from the Pierce Estate.

However any other information is rather scarce, the copies are gone from eBay and sending email to them yielded no response (so far?). Anyone have any other information?
