There's a record show coming up on APRIL 14th at the Croatian Center.

I've been thinking about booking a table for the following reasons: the only time I've really scored stuff was when I was helping a friend out and was allowed in as a "helper" I had access to the room a full hour before the lemmings/scum/general public could get in.

It's about $70 for a whole table...anyone feel like ditching the crust/grind/lounge/ty seagall/blank dogs/shearing pinx/Japcore/Belgian stench/submission hold box sets/Misfits bootlegs/fucked up player piano rolls/godstomper 8-tracks/nuggets also-rans/beer city oi comps on CD/murder city devils promos that are clogging up your home?

It's APRIL 14th.

PORCELAIN FOREHEAD "What the World Needs..." 7'' ep, 1983, from Ottawa, ON. If there are other Ottawa hardcore records worth owning I've never heard them. Musically it's diverse, there's some pounding post-punkers and some 30second hack-beat blasters. Vinyl is flawless, labels are flawless, sleeve has a corner crease and some aging, insert is worn, but legible.

SOLD.

"Smash the State - A Discography of Canadian Punk, 1977-92" by Frank Manley, 1993. 138 pages of releases and b+w photos. Yes, there are omissions, and some errors and some odd inclusions, but unless you're working on an updated version-piss off. Comes with the 7'' comp: Rock'n'Roll Bitches, ARSON, the FITS and Hot Nasties. Book and record and sleeve are in excellent condition.

$40 .
