Just saw The Big Combo the other night. Holy shit! Great flick with a truly menacing Richard Conte. He's so good that it doesn't matter that the lead is kind of bland. This also has a grim torture scene involving a hearing aid and jazz. A+

Just rewatched Out Of The Past a couple of days ago. Has to be one of my favs! That scene with the mute kid with the fishing rod!

Also love: Gun Crazy, Double Indemnity and Night & The City (gotta love Richard Widmark. He's great in everything I've seen him in)
