That would be hilarious, and also make total sense. I like the record a lot, but how can a band with such narrow parameters develop? It's hard to envision without them radically recasting their sound and presentation.

Yow has never been the straight man, he always is Yow. How he does that in the Fliper context will be interesting to see. According to Bruce's fb ramblings, Flipper has to play as Flipper every three years to keep the patent on the name.
