Released to coincide with their joint Japanese tour which starts Friday 11th October.
A page Of Punk recorded their 7 brand new tracks on their recent successful UK tour, this band can do no wrong in my eyes, the best punk band to come out of Japan in a long time, their live gigs were amazing.
These songs don't are typical APOP, fast, short, melodic and to the point.
Maybe overshadowed on the first split between these bands, Werewolves On Motorcycles produce 4 of their finest songs for this release, these tracks are heavy, dirty and punk as fuck. Unfortunately these will probably the last songs they commit to vinyl as the guitarist is moving to Japan.
Released on Black vinyl and in for different coloured sleeves (Yellow, Purple, White and Blue), there are also 15 Test Pressing sleeves up in the store due to people asking for them.
All 7"s come with insert and download card.
There is also 20 packs with 4 singles with each of the 4 different coloured sleeves for a reduced price.

Anyone who has ordered the Husker Du Tribute 7" or the Murmurs LP, there has been a delay at the plant (they are being pressed in the US), fingers crossed they will be pressed at the start of next week and then the awesome Dead Broke will ship them to me.
Sorry it's taken longer than we though, but sometimes these things happen. X.

Thanks

Julian

Split label release on Drunken Sailor Records/ Dirt Cult/ Rapt/ Kuskus/ Crapoulet

Awesome debut LP from Israeli Power-Poppers 'The Sweatshop Boys

Like your Power-Pop catchy as hell, melodic and dark?! In their words "13 songs about noodles, Spazz, hopelessness, weed, social anxiety and bromance."
For fans of The Marked Men/ Steve Adamyk Band/ Red Dons. I even hear early Libertines if the choice of drugs was ecstasy and speed instead of heroin.

These are both split label releases with Dead Broke Rekerds

Murmurs - Fly With The Unkindness LP
MURMURS are a gritty & melodic pop-punk band from the Northwest of America. Seattle, Washington to be specific. When I first listened to this amazing batch of songs, the first thing that popped in my head was, Green Day's "1039 Smoothed Out Slappy Hours". Right down to the guitar tone. And of course I instantly fell in love. Although way more melodic & harsh than said Green Day album, these tunes draw comparisons from the best of the best in the world of pop-punk/punk rock. Pulling influence from the East Bay of California, right back up to the Northwest, the land of crust. Members of this band have played in a slew of great bands such as: SNUGGLE, No High-Fives To Bullshit, Ratbite, Pipsqueak, Transient, Black Hole Of Calcutta, Makai and more. Recorded by Brandon Fitzsimons @ Airport Grocery in Seattle. Mastered by Dave Edwardson (NEUROSIS). Art by the illustrious Keith Henderson (who has handled art for Shorebirds, Snuggle & more.) Originally released on Cassette by Stay Punk Tapes & Aborted Society Records, this crucial album is now available on vinyl for all the punx to enjoy. Get this shit and jam it 'til you fucking can't anymore. (SPLIT RELEASE w/ DEAD BROKE REKERDS) 300 on Black, 100 on White, 100 on Opaque Green vinyl.
ONLY THE GREEN AND WHITE VINYL ARE ON PRE-ORDER, THE BLACK VINYL WILL BE FOR SALE WHEN I GET THE RECORDS

Fist City/ Piss Test split 7", this record is more punk than you.

Piss Test have got the attitude and the killer tunes to boot. If you're highly distressed that punk music has become way too safe and clean-cut for your degenerate tastes, Piss Test will warm your heart with its sordid tales of chemical abuse and bad life choices.

Fist City are from Calgary, Canada. They recently toured the UK. Their music has been described as ?raggedly elegant ? stripped down challenging punk?, ?pop songs clouded in a lo-fi basement show sheen? ; a blend of post-punk and dark-surf, with a twinge of pop. But really, they just rule.

3 new releases today, all up in the store, streaming on bandcamp

A Page Of Punk - Fool's Punk Line LP

The amazing A Page Of Punk from Japan are back with their new 49 song album!
A Page of Punk are a frighteningly explosive, 100% energy, raw punk rock band from Tokyo. Formed in 2001, they have played a prominent and hugely active role in the Japanese underground Punk Scene for over 12 years. There are 3 albums to date, (on Japanese/U.S.&U.K labels) all using their distinctive A5, 30 page booklet format. Their short & fast manic punk rock aligns perfectly with abrasive vocals covering issues mainly concerned with political & social injustice & inequality and also about just how god-damn much they love punk rock!
Released to coincide with their August UK tour.
Limited amount on Blue Vinyl, comes with download code.
