Upcoming Shows/Tours/Events / Re: UK gigs of termbro-interest thread

Who is booking Nobunny/RNRAK tour if it is indeed going down? Would love a Brighton show. I'm tempted by Paris, guess we'll see how much money I can save.

Sucks. Brighton should be a pretty busy show and we'll give them all the dough we can.

This thread is a certified good idea.

I'm putting on that show and The Hipshakes are not on the line-up. However, if they are all in attendance and we are running to schedule then we'll see what happens ;)

The Great Escape is reminiscent of SXSW in so much that it consists mainly of corporate showcases. However, it lacks the myriad of free shows, day shows, shows on bridges, shows in gardens, whatever. I'll try and set something up for you guys in Brighton but I can't make any promises. All the conventional venues will be in use as part of the festival and Brighton is very much lacking in alternative spaces for shows. What day works best?

We've got a batch left so listen at myspace.com/humanhairband and get in touch to order!

would fly over to play jams at DJ Ricks Forestpalooza.

inotlistening, would you be able to email me a quote for 10 copies inc. postage to the UK? I'm away for the next week but considering buying in bulk if I can get 9 other people (which I am certain I can, can already think of 6 off the bat), would save us a reasonable amount I'm sure.

700 copies of this 7" just showed up at my house. Does anyone want one?

Name and shame hombre. Which Total Abuser is this by the way, raged with one or two of TA in Brighton last year when they were over with some other band. Maybe Ryan and someone else?

girl talk makes my blood boil. i've got friends that play that shit and i can't stand it.

my thoughts exactly.  girl talk is the worst.

I'd not heard of Girl Talk before, but I went to see Fabulous Diamonds and Cleckhuddersfax open for them tonight in London. If I was from the same city as that cunt I'd probably move. The gig was full of obnoxious American exchange students too - wall to wall mall slags, and jocks.

Exactly. Last year Psychedelic Horseshit and The Sceptres opened for them in London so I went to the show and when Girl Talk started, an army of weird, tanned as fuck preppy people over-ran the stage, appearing as if out of nowhere. It was bizarro-land and they were terrible.

Someone put Teen Sheikhs on a couple of bills next year. Knowing I'm playing is the only realistic way I'd ever save enough to make it out there. Jeally.

This is a rager. The Shitty Limits are in my top 3 punk-rock bands on this century thus far.
